In 2014, I started working out and was amazed by the transformation I saw in my body. The changes I saw in my body and the health benefits made me feel great, it was too good to keep to myself I had to share that experience with others.
The more I worked out and changed my eating, my passion continued to increase and I then decided to get certified.
After extensive research I found the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), which was labeled the #1 online certification that could be received, and I went for it. I wanted to be as knowledgeable as possible when passing this information along to ensure the success of my clients.
Becoming a certified personal trainer gave me the avenue to turn my passion into a profession. Even if you may not be passionate about fitness, we all want to look good, feel good about ourselves and live a healthy lifestyle.
I created the Witness Fitness program to provide clients the opportunity to develop a better lifestyle and become witnesses to the benefits of fitness.

When I was first presented with the idea of a 8 week challenge I was all for it. But I had no idea it would turn into more than just a challenge. I thought ok, we'd just meet to exercise and talk a little bit. What I got instead was discussions on meal planning weekly, check ins for daily water intake, one on ones, group exercises, as well as posted exercise routines. The group as a whole provided support and encouragement to each other. Throughout this process I gained energy, encouraged my family to make lifestyle changes and the physical results are evident as well! So if you're wanting to make some changes both mentally and physically join the challenge!

After completing my 8 weeks fitness challenge with Coach A and other team members. I give him a A plus....
Coach A gave me every opportunity to reach my fitness goals from meal planning, cardio and weight lifting classes, individual and group sessions, motivation to keep striving for the best. I love the daily check ins from team and Coach A, especially reaching my daily water intake goals.
It was a true blessing that we were able to workout together and encourage each other in the group. I am very happy to say my body is stronger and I am able to complete many of the exercises without any issues because of a old injury to my knee.
I will be apart of his next 8 weeks challenge and looks forward working out with all of the team members outside for the Spring time.
